Sienna Landscape is an original piece of digital art that is produced in a small limited edition. It depicts a colourful, semi abstract landscape that glows with the warm colours of a sunset. In the distance, blues and fluorescent pinks vibrate against the oranges in the sky, while warm and cool colours are juxtaposed in the body of the landscape. The foreground is alive with loose and expressive, mark-making, which suggests grasses and vegetation.

Digital Art is a process that produces an original image using a computer or tablet. Carole’s digital art begins with her watercolour and mixed media paintings. She carefully selects either parts or whole images that she feels may work together and then combines them in the 'Layers' section of the app. Each individual layer is then worked on in turn and altered in an experimental fashion perhaps by adding drawing, erasing or selecting areas, changing colours or adding effects. Many paths may be followed and rejected until an entirely new and exciting, abstracted image emerges.

The final digital art print is professionally printed in a small limited edition. It is printed with long life pigment inks on 310gsm Hahnemuhle German Etching paper.

In order to reach you in perfect condition, these prints are carefully packaged in acid free tissue paper and presented in a protective cardboard tube, ready for framing.
